Fast, focused and seriously good racing — the Antigua Racing Cup is one of the Caribbean’s best-kept secrets. Less crowded than the bigger regattas but just as competitive, this is proper racing in perfect conditions.

We kick things off on 16 March with a dedicated training day out of Falmouth Harbour. This is where we get everything dialled in — boat handling, sail trim, crew roles and communication — all run in a relaxed, no-ego environment with plenty of coaching on the water. Whether you’re building confidence or sharpening your edge, this day sets the tone for the week ahead.
