About the event
The Warsash Spring Series is a classic early-season fixture and a great opportunity for Sailing Hounds to build momentum on the Solent. Racing aboard Mad Dash, our Eland 410, the series offers consistent, well-run competition ideal for developing skills, confidence, and crew cohesion at the start of the year.
With short, sharp races and a strong local fleet, the Spring Series is perfect for honing boat handling, improving starts, and sharpening tactical decision-making. It’s an excellent environment for sailors looking to progress their racing experience while enjoying competitive but friendly racing.
As always with Sailing Hounds, all safety equipment is provided, along with lunch each day, a Sailing Hounds crew top, and the guidance of a professional skipper and first mate. Post-racing socials and prizegiving's at Warsash Sailing Club round out the experience, making this an ideal mix of focused racing and relaxed shoreside atmosphere.
